Violence Against Healthcare Workers Data Gathering and Report Tool

Montana healthcare providers are required to report violence against healthcare employees in accordance with HB-590 starting October 1, 2023. To help providers comply with the law, the Montana Department of Justice (DOJ) has developed this online portal that will collect the required data, transmit it to DOJ, and create a uniform report for providers.

Please report to local law enforcement. This site is only used to gather data for statistical analysis and report generation.
